The Berkeley College women's basketball team finished the 2025-2026 campaign with a record of 5-3 in their final eight games, finishing with a mark of 17-14, and qualifying for the USCAA Division I women's basketball tournament. The Knights' wins included road triumphs over Villa Maria and & Stratton-Albany, home wins over Five Towns College and Middlesex, and a neutral site triumph over Five Towns College. Berkeley's losses during that span came on the road against Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo), during the NACIA Semifinals against the Sound, and in a neutral-site loss to Bloomfield in the USCAA Division I opening round.
February 7, 2026: Berkeley 66, Villa Maria 47
In Berkeley's blowout victory over the Vikings, the Knights were paced by Aliyah Carroll's team-high 16 points. She also added six rebounds in the triumph. Ariella Johnson netted 15, posting a game-high five assists, snatching four rebounds, and registering three steals, and Arianna Wilder contributed 11 points.
Despite the loss for Villa Maria, Promise Myers led all players with 18 points. She also tied for the team-high of seven rebounds, while adding two assists. Lyliana Edwards finalized her evening with eight points, seven rebounds, and three steals, and Kiara Mercardo contributed eight points, three rebounds, and two steals.
Berkeley trailed 24-18 at the half before dominating the third quarter to take control of the contest. The Knights outscored the opposition 24-8 in the third, as Johnson scored nine points, while Aniyah Robinson netted eight. Berkeley allowed just four Vikings field goals during that span, and the Knights took a 42-32 advantage into the final period.
In the fourth quarter, Berkeley's advantage never dipped below double digits, as the Knights went up by as many as 20 points, before going on to capture the contest by 19.
The Knights were the more efficient team shooting the basketball, connecting on 40 percent of their shots from the floor (26-65), while the Vikings converted on just 18 of 55 shot attempts (32.7 percent). Berkeley held advantages in rebounds (39-32), assists (15-9), steals (23-16), and blocked shots (4-2). The Knights also won the turnover battle, committing 26 miscues, while the Vikings had 38.
February 8, 2026: Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo) 59, Berkeley 50
In Berkeley's nine point loss to Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo), Johnson netted a team-high 13 points while collecting seven rebounds and tying for the team-high of three assists. Robinson and Wilder had identical stat lines of eight points, five rebounds, and four steals, and Nyeira Spady finalized her evening with six points and a team-high eight boards.
Iyanna King led the way for the victorious Bobcats, as she netted a game-high 19 points to go along with six rebounds, five assists, four steals, and a game-high two blocked shots. Chelsea Johnson posted a double-double with 11 points, a game-high 15 rebounds, and three steals, and Jordyn Cooper-Best finalized her night with 11 points, a game-high seven assists, six rebounds, and three steals.
Berkeley trailed 21-4 after a quarter of play, and eventually trailed by 19 (23-4) before rattling off six straight points (courtesy of four points from Spady, and two from Ariella Johnson) to inch to within 13 (23-10) with 5:59 remaining in the first half. The Knights fell behind by as many as 17 again, but would enter the locker room at halftime trailing by 14 (35-21).
The teams scored 14 points apiece in the third quarter, as the Bobcats held a 49-35 edge heading into the final 10 minutes of action. In the fourth quarter, the Knights couldn't draw any closer than 10 points down until the final 38 seconds of play when Robinson drained two free throws. By then, it turned out to be too little, too late for Berkeley, as the Bobcats held on for a nine-point victory.
Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo) was far more efficient shooting the basketball, as the Bobcats converted on 34.9 percent of their shot attempts (22-63), while the Knights hit on just 15 of 59 attempts (25.4 percent). The hosts held a slim 47-43 edge on the glass, but held advantages over Berkeley in assists (17-10) and blocked shots (5-3). The teams had 13 steals apiece, and the Knights won the turnover battle, committing 19 miscues, while Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo) had 20.
February 11, 2026: Berkeley 66, Five Towns 55
In Berkeley's home win over the sound, Robinson and Johnson tied for the team-high of 13 points. Robinson also posted game-highs of 11 rebounds and seven blocked shots, and Johnson collected three boards. Spady finalized her evening with 12 points, eight rebounds, and a game-high five steals, and Savannah Williams finalized her evening with nine points and three rebounds.
Despite the loss for the Sound, Raine Mears netted a game-high 15 points to go along with four rebounds and a pair of steals. Ihari Oromo posted a double-double with 12 points and a team-high 10 rebounds, and Layla Ford added 10 points and eight caroms.
The Knights trailed by a point (17-16) after a quarter of play), but Berkeley outscored Five Towns in every period for the remainder of the game. Berkeley netted 15 points in the second quarter while holding the Sound to eight, as the Knights took a 31-25 advantage into the locker room at halftime. Berkeley outscored Five Towns 12-8 in the third period, and 23-22 in the fourth, to account for the 11-point margin of victory.

Berkeley held a modest 52-50 edge on the glass, while also tallying 17 steals to the Sound's 11. The Knights held a 12-0 edge in blocked shots, while Five Towns held a slim 7-6 advantage in assists. Five Towns won the turnover battle, committing 21 miscues, while Berkeley finished with 23.
February 13, 2026: Berkeley 104, Bryant & Stratton-Albany 46
In Berkeley's dominant road victory over Bryant & Stratton-Albany, six players scored in double figures, including Carroll and Williams. Spady added 14 points, while Wilder contributed 13. Robinson finalized her evening with 11, and Johnson added 10.
Despite the loss for the Bobcats, Krysta Gonzalez scored a team-high 14 points, while Zanya Berrien added 13 points, and Mei-Lin Callise added 12.
After a semi-competitive opening quarter that saw Berkeley lead 19-12 after 10 minutes of action, the Knights blew the game open in the second quarter by outscoring the opposition 33-8 to take a 51-20 edge in the locker room at halftime. Berkeley then outscored the Bobcats 52-26 in the second half, winning the game by 58.
February 20, 2026: Five Towns 65, Berkeley 49
In Berkeley's NACIA Tournament quarterfinal round loss to Five Towns, Johnson scored a game-high 16 points to go along with six rebounds. She also tied for the game-high of four steals, as well. Robinson contributed eight points, snatched a game-high 12 rebounds, added two assists, swiped two steals, and blocked a pair of shots, and Anastasia Davis contributed six points and three boards.
Five players scored in double figures for the Sound, including Danica Robles, as she scored a team-high 12 points to go along with four steals, three rebounds, and three assists. Natavia Ross added 11 points while snatching five rebounds, and Dee Bishop registered a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. She also added a game-high four assists, and tied for the game-high of four steals. Ihari Oromo also posted a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, and Layla Ford recorded 10 points while snatching five rebounds and swiping two steals.
Trailing 24-23 at the half, Five Towns dominated the third quarter, outscoring Berkeley 30-14 to catapult ahead 53-38 after 30 minutes of action. Ross and Robles were excellent for the Sound during that period, combining to shoot five-of-seven from the field, scoring seven points apiece.
Berkeley scored the first three points of the fourth quarter to inch to within 12 (53-41), but Five Towns responded with a 12-2 run to take a commanding 22-point advantage (65-43). The Sound would go on to win the game by 16.
Five Towns shot 37.3 percent from the floor (28-75), while Berkeley connected on just 19 out of 77 shots (24.7 percent). The Sound held a 56-50 edge on the glass, while also dishing 11 assists to the Knights' six. Five Towns held a slim 16-14 edge in steals, but Berkeley swatted three shots to the Sound's two. The Sound marginally won the turnover battle, committing 25 miscues, while the Knights had 26.
March 3, 2026: Bloomfield 92, Berkeley 40
Despite Berkeley's loss in the first round of the USCAA Division I tournament, Carroll scored a team-high 11 points while snatching eight rebounds. Williams scored nine points while snatching three boards, while Robinson contributed seven points while snatching a team-high 10 rebounds. Finally, it was Johnson adding five points.
Four players scored in double figures for Bloomfield, including Nia Mallette, as she netted a game-high 29 points to go along with 13 rebounds. She also added two assists and two steals, as well. Anisha Able netted 24 points, snatching a game-high 15 rebounds, swiped two steals, and blocked a pair of shots, and Kaleigh Valle added 14 points. Finally, it was Ania Martinez finishing with 13 points and five assists.
Bloomfield's offense flourished in the opening quarter, running off the game's first 16 points highlighted by 3 three-pointers Valle. The nation's top seed followed up with a 15-4 run to take a commanding 31-4 advantage at the conclusion of 10 minutes of action. By halftime, Valle led all scorers with 14 points and the Bears took a, 47-16 lead into the locker room.
The nation's top seed continued to add to its lead when play resumed in the third quarter, as Mallette went 6-for-6 from the field which included two triples, as she accounted for 14 of her team's 26 in the period. The Bears earned a conversion rate of 55.6 percent in the third, taking a 73-25 after 30 minutes of action. The Bears outscored the Knights 19-15 in the fourth to close out their win.
For the game, Bloomfield earned a 50.6 percent conversion rate from the floor (32-63), while Berkeley connected on just 13 of 62 shot attempts. The Bears held advantages in rebounds (48-40), assists (19-8), steals (12-4), and blocked shots (2-1). Bloomfield also won the turnover battle, committing just 15 miscues, while Berkeley finished with 23.
March 4, 2026: Berkeley 65, Five Towns 50
In the season's final game, Berkeley defeated Five Towns in a blowout in the consolation game of the USCAA Division I Tournament. Johnson scored a game-high 24 points while leading all players with six steals and blocking two shots. Carroll added 16 points while collecting four rebounds, and Robinson posted a double-double with 11 points, game-highs of 15 rebounds and three blocked shots, and three assists.
Despite the loss for the Sound, Natavia Ross netted 10 points while grabbing five rebounds, and Raine Mears finalized her morning with nine points and four rebounds. Geormaya Davis contributed eight points and six rebounds, and Ihari Oromo added six points and a team-high 10 rebounds.
Berkeley led 18-17 after 10 minutes of action, but outscored the Sound 18-9 in the second quarter to take a 36-26 advantage into the locker room at halftime. The Knights used stifling second half defense to hold the Sound in check, as Berkeley outscored Five Towns 29-24 over the final 20 minutes of action to secure the victory.
Berkeley earned a conversion rate of 38.5 percent for the game, while Five Towns connected on just 15 out of 55 shot attempts (27.3 percent). The Sound held a 46-42 edge on the glass and a 10-8 edge in assists, but the Knights swiped 12 steals to Five Towns' seven. Berkeley held a 6-2 advantage in blocked shots, and Berkeley also won the turnover battle, committing 18 miscues, while Five Towns finished with 22.
